EqualXS Foundation is a not-for-profit initiative focused on addressing inequalities in education and employment by preparing individuals to access dignified work opportunities within their local economies as well as the global digital workforce. The foundation works across communities and geographies to mentor, skill, and enable individuals to become employment-ready, helping them identify strengths, build confidence, and develop market-relevant capabilities.
